As Kum Israel began its journey, extraordinary people joined the cause, each adding their unique talents and passions to the mix. Together, we formed a dream team, bound not just by our collective mission but by a shared love for a nation that has faced immeasurable challenges yet continues to rise resiliently. Our hearts were united by the belief that every small act of kindness could ripple into something greater.
Then came the war—an invasion that shook the very foundations of our communal spirit. But in those moments of despair, our resolve only grew stronger. We became a lifeline for the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), tirelessly assisting soldiers with basic needs, offering them not just supplies but also a comforting reminder that they were not alone in their fight.
We rolled up our sleeves and built temporary showers, providing a moment of relief amid the chaos. We organized home-cooked meals, ensuring that those who protect us felt the warmth of love, even in the most trying times. Through our dedicated efforts, we experienced the pain of those affected by the horrific terrorist attacks on October 7th and sought to be a source of support. Together, we began the arduous task of rebuilding communities, transforming devastation into hope.
